2. Warranty and Quality Assurance:

Question: What is your warranty policy?

Answer: If you receive any defective parts please provide us with detailed photos of the issue. Our team will promptly review and work closely with you to determine the best resolution.

3. Production Lead-Time and Payment Terms:

Question: What are your production lead-times and payment terms?

Answer: Initial orders typically have a 45-60 days lead-time. Payment 30% T/T wire upon PI and CD approval and 70% balance wire after depature.

Answer: Our stringent quality control involves on-site QC teams and departmental management oversight. Each shipment includes recorded samples and detailed specifications for color, door profiles, and construction, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.

Answer: All our cabinets are exported, with a primary focus on the US market.

7. Materials and Minimum Order Quantity:

Question: What materials do you use, and what is your minimum order quantity?

Answer: We maintain a diverse inventory including Plywood, solid wood, MDF, HDF, Particle board. Our minimum order requirement is one full container of 40HQ.
